Validate E-Mail Stories, Claims, etc. - When you receive e-mails and you are wondering about their authenticity, check here. Just type in the subject line of the e-mail, or a short description of the topic of the e-mail. Truth or Fiction will give you an explanation of the e-mail, including what is true, what is false, and a little about the history of the e-mail. - Snopes is another site that can be used similarly to Truth or Fiction, to determine the validity of an e-mail claim.

In class, we have talked about the importance of good citizenship when using e-mail. Verifying information received in e-mail, and ensuring that you are not passing on inaccurate information are points that have been discussed in class.
