If you use any type of Calendar that allows you to import dates (Outlook, your PDA, your phone, etc.) I have converted the district calendar into a .csv (Comma Separated Values) file that allows you to import the calendar.
First, click here to download and save the file to your desktop or other preferred location. (Or copy and paste this URL into the address bar: http://126.96.36.199/website_files/downloads/CCSD66 Calendar 08-09.csv)
Then, open Microsoft Outlook
Select the File -> Import and Export... menu option
Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next
Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next
Find the CCSD66 Calendar 08-09.csv file you downloaded and select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next
Select Calendar and click Next. This will import your chosen file.
(optional) Synchronize your Pocket PC or Palm handheld with Outlook
Hope this is helpful!
